AFTER ALL CHERRIES GO THROUGH THE WASHING PROCESS, THEY THEN GO TO GREENHOUSES FOR THE DRYING PROCESS. A LOT OF COFFEE MOLD BEGINS WITH THE WASHING & DRYING PROCESS WHICH IS WHY WE DON'T CUT CORNERS AND DO IT THE DYNAMIZE WAY! DURING OUR DRYING PROCESS WE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE MOISTURE CONTENT LEVELS OF EVERY BATCH. OUR DRYING PROCESS HAS BECOME QUITE THE ART, WE PULL EACH BATCH BETWEEN 16%-18% MOISTURE CONTENT LEVEL. ONCE THE BEANS ARE DRIED CORRECTLY WE SEND THEM THROUGH A SORTING MACHINE, WHERE THEY ARE THEN PLACED IN SPECIALTY "BREATHABLE" LINERS THAT GO INTO OUR BURLAP SACKS. THESE SACKS PREVENT MOLD FROM FORMING & KEEP CONTAMINANTS OUT DURING TRANSPORTATION OF THE GREEN COFFEE. TO ENSURE OUR COFFEE MEETS THE DYNAMIZE STANDARDS WE TEST OUR COFFEE THROUGHOUT EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS.

 

YOU WILL NEVER FIND HARMFUL FERTILIZERS OR CHEMICAL PESTICIDES IN DYNAMIZE COFFEE.

THIS METHOD ALLOWS CROPS THAT ARE SIDE BY SIDE TO USE NUTRIENTS, SPACE, & ENERGY IN A BALANCED MANOR.  Increases self-reliance, food security, and economic growth. WE USE Microganic FARMING CONCEPTS. These agricultural services allow us to create delicious coffee for yoU, using organic matter.  We carefully select Rainforest soil and other biological material containing disease-fighting microbes, fungi, nematodes and bacteria.  We also inoculate the coffee plants with a natural spray to help protect them from harmful infestations, disease and contamination.
